Our Massage Therapists

Chiropractic Healing Center’s team of three licensed massage therapists has over a sixty years of combined experience massaging clients. Our area of expertise is in working with the soft tissues of the body, primarily those responsible for movement and posture. We are trained to recognize disturbances in muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue and to manipulate those tissues to restore health and full function. Regular massage helps in recovery from accidents and helps people maintain their health, manage stressful times and chronic conditions, speed recovery from injuries, and decrease pain.

Stress is a leading factor in the manifestation of disease in the body. Massage can reduce the effects of stress and immune system is enhanced as massage improves lymphatic flow, supporting our resistance to illness.

We use a variety of bodywork techniques, tailored to suit the client and the situation. We work in close conjunction with our chiropractors and others when each approach will better serve the client’s needs. We may use light Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, postural assessment or many other techniques.

After a therapeutic massage session, you leave in a state of calm, feeling centered and grounded with a positive sense of self and your place in the great web of life.
We believe that a healthier world begins with each of us living more fully in the healthiest way possible. We see massage as a health care modality that works its healing wonders in part because it feels good – so good that it is sometimes seen as a luxury. Clients are able to relax and to begin healing themselves simply by being in a restful state.
The human body naturally moves toward health if given the opportunity. Massage therapy uses informed and intuitive touch to encourage that return to a healthful state. Despite how much a massage feels like a “treat,” you may be surprised at the affordability of therapeutic massage at Chiropractic Healing Center. Call us to find out how easy it is to give your body the healing relaxation it deserves.

Emma honors her elders, who guided her sense of health and social responsibility, through her focus on pain management to improve the quality of life for her clients through deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, CranioSacral Therapy, shiatsu and Thai massage modalities.
